
Our Mission
Our mission is to partner with Tri-City Animal Shelter to improve the welfare of homeless, neglected, and lost animals.
Tri-City Animal Shelter is a municipal agency. While the facility is located in Cedar Hill, the shelter is funded by and serves the citizens of Cedar Hill, DeSoto and Duncanville. Friends of Tri-City Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that partners with the shelter to increase adoptions and ensure every animal is healthy and sterilized before joining their new family.

Fanny received life saving surgery in May and found her forever home shortly after in August.

When the Tri-City Animal Shelter took in a stray chicken they quickly found her a new home with their own shelter director. BarB the chicken now spends her days happily with her new family.

Lottie arrived as a Heartworm positive stray. In her forever home, the Friends covered her treatment.

Clementine arrived at the Tri-City Animal Shelter with separation anxiety. She was adopted by the Cedar Hill Fire Department and now always has a firefighter friend nearby.

When Zeus the dog ran off after hearing fireworks on the 4th of July, the Tri-City Animal Shelter helped reunite him with his owner.

Abbey arrived at the Tri-City Animal Shelter as a stray, with long matted fur. The Friends helped place her in a loving forever home where she joyfully races around furniture.
